  1. 經校內錄取僅具提名資格,須經姊妹校審核,通過者始具錄取資格
  2. 本校學士/碩士/博士學位生,不含應屆畢業生
  3. 須全程參與課程行程
  4. 須依姊妹校規定購買海外旅行保險
  5. 具良好英語聽說讀寫能力(無需證明文件,請自行評估)
  6. 選修Japanese Cultural Course者須具日語能力中高級程度(日檢N3以上或學習時數達600小時以上,須檢附修課證明或日檢成績)

This fee includes cost of tuition and homestay.

課程說明

GU Summer Programme 

Purpose

This programme will be opened to both undergraduate and postgraduate students who are currently enrolled at Gunma University's overseas partner universities. The program aims to provide students with an opportunity to develop their understandings in Japanese culture, language and Gunma University by participating in intensive language and culture courses.

Concept and Courses

Gunma Prefecture, which has rich beautiful natural environment and specific industries, is located in the center of Japan. However, as well as in other regions in the country, Gunma is confronting many social problems and challenges, such as natural disasters, lifestyle-related diseases, multicultural coexistence and the succession of traditional culture. Therefore, in this programme, participants from all around the world will be invited to discuss those social issues affecting Japan and think about possible solutions by learning about Gunma's society, people, natural environment, culture and experiencing new projects related to regional revitalization.
 

分為下列兩種課程,錄取者須擇一修習(一旦送出不得更改)

English Course: Study of Japan in Gunma

Programme Schedule (tentative)
This course consists of lectures in Study of Japan, project work, cultural experience through Japanese tea ceremony and Japanese classical music, fieldwork in Kusatsu(草津) and Shima(四万), and homestay with a Japanese family. Additionally, there will also be an opportunity for the participants to have interaction with Japanese students. Finally, students are required to present their research projects in a final presentation.
A Certificate of Participation will be awarded to all participants at the end of the programme.

Japanese Cultural Course: Project work in Japanese

Programme Schedule (tentative)
This course mainly consists of project work in Japanese, English lectures in Study of Japan, cultural experience through Japanese tea ceremony and Japanese classical music, fieldwork in Kusatsu(草津) and Shima(四万), and homestay with a Japanese family. Additionally, there will also be an opportunity for the participants to have interaction with Japanese students. Finally, students are expected to choose their own research topics and required to present their research projects.
A Certificate of Participation will be awarded to all participants at the end of the programme.

依錄取通知指示,登入報名系統,於繳費期限內列印繳費單完成繳費

Step 4  完成報到手續  
依錄取通知指示,備妥紙本文件,於2020年3月9日至10日,上午9時至12時、下午1時至4時繳交至國際事務處

Step 5  姊妹校公告錄取結果
2020年4月15日

未於各項期限內完成者,視同放棄錄取資格。

Gunma University is located about 100 km north-west of Tokyo and consists of Faculty of Education, Faculty of Social and Information Studies, Faculty of Medicine, School of Science and Technology. Currently, Gunma university have about 6,500 students, of which approximately 250 are international students. There are 30 exchange students from our overseas partner universities have so far studied for half a year or one year in the academic year 2019.
