Scholarships

One of the biggest questions you may have about studying at NTU would be how to finance your stay in Taiwan. Fortunately, NTU has many scholarships available for prospective students that can be applied for at the same time as you are submitting your application. Additionally, the government of Taiwan also provides scholarships for international students.

The scholarships on this page are exclusively for degree students (undergraduate and graduate), with the exception of the MOE Huayu Enrichment Scholarship for language studies. For scholarships for non-degree programs (exchange and visiting), please inform with your home university about the possibilities.

Except the scholarships NTU offers, the school does not provide assistance or consultation to the applications of other scholarships offered by other units; students shall approach the scholarship units by themselves for application. Degree application and scholarship application are separate; being offered a scholarship does not guarantee admission to NTU, and vice versa.

All fees are based on New Taiwan Dollars (TWD); fees in US Dollars (USD) are solely estimates (USD 1 = TWD 30).
